Delete your Streemrly account
You can permanently delete your Streemrly account and all of your data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted and the two ways to do it.
What gets deleted
- Your user account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile (display name, username, avatar, preferences)
- All playlists you own and every video in them
- Your watch history and per-video progress
- Your feedback (likes / dislikes) on videos and playlists
- Your connections, shares, and inbox
- Any active Streemrly Pro subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Anonymised aggregate analytics and any records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax records for past payments) may persist as described in our Privacy Policy.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the Streemrly app or go to streemrly.com and sign in.
- Tap your avatar (top right) and choose Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access your account, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
