Terms of Service

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately at admin@streemrly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person; do not share accounts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe any third-party rights, including copyright and YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security controls.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to harvest other users' information.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or trade secrets, except as permitted by law.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

"User Content" means anything you create or upload — playlists, descriptions, comments, feedback, profile fields. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and display your User Content solely to operate, promote (in aggregated form), and improve the Service.

When you share a playlist publicly or with a collaborator, you grant other users the right to view, clone, and collaborate on that playlist consistent with the sharing settings you choose. You can revoke sharing at any time.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to share your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms.

• Subscriptions purchased on the Streemrly website are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google respectively, and are governed by their billing terms.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Web subscriptions are cancelled from Profile → Manage Subscription. Mobile subscriptions are cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Mobile-app refunds are subject to Apple or Google's refund policies.
• Price changes: we may change subscription prices on at least 14 days' notice; the new price takes effect on your next renewal.
• Free trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to admin@streemrly.com with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material on the Service and its URL.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

We will remove infringing material in accordance with the DMCA and may terminate repeat infringers.
